If you’re dreaming of a relaxed and unique destination wedding, this wedding – because of its atmosphere or because of the happiness and love that exude from the bride and groom – will definitely inspire any couple.

Rita and Tim live in London but decided to get married in Portugal, more precisely in Estoi, Faro, simply because they love the Algarve. The wedding was held at the Estoi Palace (Pousada de Faro) on September 3rd, 2012 and the couple chose this venue because the palace presents a fantastic combination of old and new.

Rita is a Portuguese design historian and Tim is an architect, son of a Finnish father and a Japanese mother. The great cultural mix present in the wedding details, as well as the beautiful flower girls dressed in Japanese attire or the extremely original wedding cake, added a unique and lovely touch to the party, perfectly expressing the bride and groom’s personalities.
